Knight of Fire

This knight stands serious and victorious in the burning rubble of a battlefield with her dragon companion close behind her. The battle is won, but at what cost? She wears red-metal armor with gold-plated decorative sections. She holds her helmet in her left hand, and her sword, pointed down, in her right hand. Her armor reflects the red glow of the fire around her. Behind her stands her red dragon companion, peering through the smoke.

The Knight of Fire was born out of my love for medieval/fantasy armor, female warriors, and, of course, dragons. This was my first real attempt at drawing armor. It was both fun and challenging.
